Robin Feifel, age 27, of 110 Robertson Lake Road, Goulais River was arrested on the 30th of March and charged with intoxicated in a public place under the Liquor Licence Act and one count of fail to leave premises when directed under the Trespass to Property Act.  

It is alleged that on the 30th of March at approximately 11:10 pm the accused was intoxicated at a local hotel and refused to leave when he was directed to by staff. 

Police were called to assist and arrested the accused when they arrived. 

While in police custody, the accused stuffed a blanket into the toilet and flooded the cell block.  As a result, he was further charged with one count of mischief under $5,000

He is to appear in bail court this morning.
