Sault Ste Marie latest stop on cross-country ‘Celebration of Hockey’

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - (March 1st, 2012) – The Scotiabank ‘Celebration of Hockey’ program will be making an appearance in Sault Ste Marie with the Stanley Cup®, Canada’s oldest and most famous sports trophy, on March 9th during the Budweiser CARHA Hockey World Cup.

What: The Stanley Cup® in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario

When: Friday, March 9th, 5 - 9 p.m.

Where: West End Community Centre, 556 Goulais Avenue, Sault Ste Marie, ON

“Whether you play hockey or cheer from the stands, the Stanley Cup is a cultural symbol that all Canadians can proudly identify with,” said John Koster, Scotiabank Community Manager, Sault Ste Marie.
