John's friend returns to Shingwauk Street

SooToday.com received this photo of what our faithful readers previously determined to be a young red-tailed hawk from faithful reader John Willcock.

The majestic bird was first spotted in his backyard on Shingwauk Street on Friday, February 3, but disappeared for a few days.

"It's a wonderful sight even though it seems to have its eye on the finches on our bird feeder," Willcock wrote to us.
