Northside Toyota shows off new home (15 Photos)

Northside Toyota moved into their brand new home just under a month ago, Nov. 14 to be exact.

With a growing want for Toyota vehicles locally and three local dealers all under the Northside brand, the group decided that a new building and new location would be important.

The intention was to move into a new building to allow for better service for their customers locally.

The new location, on Great Northern Road across from Sault Area Hospital, gives potential customers a larger showroom to look at potential purchases as well as more room for the servicing of vehicles.

With the move, it also allowed the local Volkswagen dealer, which is also under the Northside brand along with the local Mazda dealership, to move into the old Toyota location on Great Northern Road near the Cambrian Mall.

That location is undergoing some renovations that are expected to be completed in the new year, after which the Volkswagen dealership will officially move in.

On Saturday, Northside Toyota brought in a couple of familiar faces to help show off the new building as Soo Greyhounds mascot Dash and Santa Claus were on hand for pictures as they showed off the new home.
