STRIVE Caps off 2015 with AGM

The Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce’s STRIVE Young Professionals Group invites STRIVE members and interested persons to the 2015 STRIVE Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, November 26, 5:30 p.m. at Chamber member establishment, North 82 located at 82 Great Northern Road. 

Get involved with STRIVE! Take an active stance by becoming a member of the executive.

The executive group regularly engages in the planning of events for young professionals across the community and surrounding area, providing opportunities for social and professional interaction, developing desirable learning opportunities and providing opportunities to engage with community partners and stakeholders in a variety of ways.

Anyone who wishes to stand for a position on the STRIVE executive is encouraged to attend the AGM, however if you are unable to do so and wish to be considered for a position, please review the executive positions and submit your name here, prior to Thursday, November 26th 2015.

Please note that you must be a member in good standing to be eligible to run for a position on the executive board.

If you wish to run and are not currently a member, please go to www.striveypg.com to sign up, immediately. Memberships purchased are considered active for one calendar year from the date purchased.

For those who wish to attend the AGM, please RSVP online in advance for this event by following this link to the STRIVE website. Menu items will be available for purchase by attendees at this event.

The Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce’s: STRIVE, Young Professionals Group was developed through the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce to respond to a gap in representation for young professionals within the community of Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding area.

STRIVE aims to assist young professionals between the ages of 19 and 40 who are seeking meaningful professional development initiatives, networking opportunities, community interaction and participation as well as creating opportunities for recognition.
