Rumour has it that Chris Belsito may be returning an overdue library book on Sunday, January 29 sometime between 1 and 2 p.m.

Right after that he will play a solo acoustic gig that marks the first time the library has hosted such an event.

"We wanted to offer something like at Chapters on a Sunday afternoon," said Heather Moodie, head of public services at the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library.

"We thought Chris' musical style will appeal to the whole community," she said.

Not to put any pressure on Belsito either, but she also said that the only way they're going to do this again is if things work out well with him on Sunday.

So, if you like the idea of free music in the library on Sunday afternoons, go see Chris Belsito in the Main Library Reading Area at the Sault Ste. Marie Main Library on Bay Street.

If you don't like the idea of music in the library don't go but what ever you do don't mock Belsito in the library.

"Mock Belsito for this show and the staff might just throw the book at you," says his website.

You may, however, feel free to attend Searchmont Ski Resort on Saturday if you have a real need to mock Belsito.

He will be there to perform amongst the Two Eds, which would be none other than Ed Young and Craig Edwin West.

Both shows are free.

The Searchmont show starts at 3 p.m.
