The 12 days of Pixo

"The Pixo Control are just another rock 'n' roll band who promise to deliver a performance of hairy shenanigans." Or so it says on the band's CD release Facebook event page.

"The Pixo Control are just another rock 'n' roll band who promise to deliver a performance of hairy shenanigans."

Or so it says on the band's CD release Facebook event page.

And while The Pixo Control's front man Mike Mikus most definitely has epic rock 'n' roll hair to spare, it's the music that will take centre stage at Loplops on Saturday, December 12.

Presented by Tidal Records, the band will celebrate the release of its debut album Probably Not in two parts.

The first portion begins at 2 p.m. with special guests Caroline Divine.

Admission to this set is $10 and is open to all ages.

For the 19+ crowd, The Pixo Control will return to Loplops for an evening show at 9 p.m. with local openers Gnaeus and Caroline Divine.

Admission is $10 at the door.

As a lead up to the release of Probably Not, The Pixo Control has been hosting The 12 Days of Pixo via YouTube, publishing one song per day from the 13-track album.
