Passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the age of 72. Gary Gilmour of Blind River, beloved husband and best friend of Shirley for 18 years. Loving father of Tim (Karen) and Rachelle of Arnprior. Loving step-father of Erika (Sam) of New Liskeard and Rebecca (Adam) of Lloydminster, AB. Special grampa to Owen, Anna and Michael. Dear brother-in-law to John (Terri), Donald (Diane), June (Mike) and Betty (Clayton). Also a beloved friend to Virginia Bordeleau of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear husband of the late Margaret and father of the late Karla and Alison. A funeral will be held at MacKay Funeral Home in Prescott, ON on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. A celebration of life will take place on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 1:00 to 4:00 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Blind River. Donations to The Daffodil Terrace Lodge at Health Sciences North, Sudbury, ON would be greatly appreciated.
