WALUK, O. Andrew

Passed away peacefully at Collegiate Heights Retirement Home on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 in his 100th year.  Beloved husband of the late Zita (Maksymetz) and loving father of Sandra Waluk of London, Ontario and David (Mary) of Mill Valley, California.  Grandfather of Alaina, Kara and Lauren Waluk.  Brother of Nestor (Leigh).  Predeceased by brother Julian and sister Helen Paran (late John) of Edmonton, Alberta.  Survived by several nieces and nephews in Western Canada and the United States.  Memorial Service celebrated from the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, June 22, 2015 at 1 pm. The Very Rev.
