Lemay, Gaston

Peacefully at ARCH on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the age of 83. Born in St. Flavian, Quebec on August 30, 1931. Loving husband of the late Colette Roy. Lovingly remembered by his daughter Linda Lemay Gertner of California. Caring grandfather of Robert Micheal Gertner. Gaston is survived by his siblings Rita Lemay, Paul Lemay, Lucien Lemay, Gisele Lemay and predeceased by his 9 others siblings. He was also a loving uncle, cousin and friend to many. A private family service has been held and as per Gaston’s wishes, cremation will be taking place.  The family would like to thank the staff, doctors and nurses at SAH 3B as well as ARCH. Memorial donations can made payable in trust to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre and will be paid to the local Hinsperger Family to help support the fund established for The Chase Kidney Transplant Fund (A local 11 year old Sault boy in need of a kidney transplant), and would be appreciated by the family.
