Passed away at home on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Son of the late Fred and Laura. Brother of the late Kirby. Nephew of Uncle George “Cobe” Powley (Lois), late Verle Scofield (late Earl) and the late Helen Hibbs (late Bob). Cousin of Helen, Ross, Jean, James and Alan Powley, Bob Hibbs, and Malcolm McIntosh. Kelly will be sadly missed by his close friends Michael Groulx, Tracey Venne, Claudette, Michelle Casey and Kevin Swift. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 11:30 until 12:30 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1 pm. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.
