(July 18, 1954 – January 25, 2015) - In loving memory of Blanche Jackpine-Bob who passed away peacefully on Sunday January 25, 2015 at the Blind River District Health Centre with her loving partner (Fred Houle) and family by her side. Predeceased by her parents William and Yvonne Jackpine. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Bob. Loving mother of Brian, Rachel (Ron) Jonathan (Melanie), Krista. Cherished by all 11 grandchildren. Dear sister of Gerry, Roy (predeceased Doris), (Ronald predeceased), Wayne (Lynn), Albert, Annie (Glen), Bonnie (Michel). Lovingly remembered by the Bob family, many nieces and nephews and extended family.
She fought a courageous battle with breast cancer for several years. Many thanks to the Sudbury Health Sciences North, the BRDHC staff, the MFN H&CC staff and all others who provided her care.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the Canadian Breast Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. Resting at the MFN Community Hall on Wednesday January 28, 2015 beginning at 11:00 am. Funeral mass on Thursday January 29, 2015 at 11:00 am. Feast to follow.
