REMONDI, Giovanni (John)

(February 3, 1929 - October 28, 2014) - Peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at the FJ Davey Home.  Beloved husband of 60 years to Marina (predeceased February 6, 2014).  Dear father of daughters Sabina, Daniela of Toronto and Nancy of Hong Kong.  Devoted Nonno of Angela.   Giovanni was a hardworking man with a unique sense of humour. He had a great passion for gardening and nature.  He will be missed by his family, surviving relatives in Italy and Windsor, Ontario and many friends in Sudbury.  Warmest thanks to the FJ Davey Home staff - the “girls” of Apple 1 for their care and dedication.  A private family service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.
