It is with great sorrow that the family wish to announce the passing of Ivan Carlyle at the Espanola Nursing Home on Wednesday July 23, 2014 at the age of 57. Beloved son of Garfield and Audrey Carlyle (nee Dempster) of Elliot Lake. Loving brother of Valerie Marceau (Richard) of Elliot Lake and Linda Edge (Diane) of Regina, Saskatchewan. Dear uncle of Kiera (Ty), Kayla and the late Carlie Lynn. Also survived by great niece Lillith, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great cousins. Friends will be received at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave) on Friday July 25, 2014 from 12 pm until the time of service at 1pm from the Chapel. Interment to follow in the Carlyle Cemetery, Iron Bridge. Luncheon to follow at the Lions Hall in Iron Bridge.
