FERA, Lorraine

Peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) on November 17, 2015 at the age of 81 surrounded by family. Although we will sadly miss her we rejoice that she is now at our Lord’s side, reunited with her beloved husband Ernie. Mother of Dr. David Fera (Elizabeth) Patti O’Dell (Jim) and Mark Fera (Sylvia). Nana of Michael Fera (Lindsay) Jordana Namespetra (Ryan), Max Fera, Constable Jamie O’Dell ( Janelle) of Pembroke,  Kristina O’Dell ( Adam) , Danielle O’Dell, Christopher Fera, Jasmine Fera and Bradley Fera. Great Nana of Sebastian, Kipton, Tyson, Jayden, Kate and Zackary.   Lorraine is daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy David. Daughter-in law to the late Sebastiano and Maria Fera.  Sister to Father Jack David, Patricia Caron (late Bert) of Sudbury, Brian David (Suzanne) of Toronto, Lois David of North Bay and Rochelle Majerczak (late Stefan). Sister-in-law to the late Hector and Agatha Fera and the late Lawrence and Ida Mavretic. She was “Ma” to best friends Dick and Marlene Wall.  Friends may call the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral Mass from St. Gregory’s Catholic Church on Estelle Street on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to ARCH would be greatly appreciated. Thank You to the wonderful care from the Palliative team, especially Doctors' Booth, Spadafora, Pierce, Jonusaitis, PSW Diane Taylor and the home health care team. Not enough can be said about the loving compassion of the ARCH staff.
