‘Pioneers’ hard at work on Bay Street (6 photos)

Pioneer Construction workers the subject of this week’s What’s Up Wednesday

Driving around town, SooToday took a few photos of the hard-working Pioneer Construction crew carrying out the much-needed, mammoth reconstruction of Bay Street.

The $6.8 million project includes the partial reconstruction and resurfacing of Bay Street from Andrew Street to Pim Street, reducing the number of lanes on Bay Street from four lanes to two, as well as streetscape improvements along the way.
