VIDEO: Suspect seen stealing from church donation box, twice

On Feb. 11, 2019 and also April 16, 2019 an unknown male entered Our Lady of Good Counsel Church located on MacDonald Avenue and proceeded to the candle offering table where he pried open and stole all the offerings out of the donation box.
