VIDEO: Police seek theft suspect accused of biting security guard's hand

Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is requesting your assistance to identify a suspect involved in an incident of robbery. 

On Jan. 18, 2020, at around 4:15 p.m., an unknown male suspect entered the Metro on Second Line West. He selected and concealed several grocery items. 

The suspect was followed by Loss Prevention who attempted to arrest the individual for theft. A struggle occurred between the suspect and security. The suspect broke free by biting the security guard's hand.
