A number of military aircraft have been spotted across the river in Sault Michigan Sunday morning, hauling cargo from an area near the Edison hydroelectric facility.
The Chippewa County dispatch unit of the Michigan State Police has informed SooToday that the National Guard is currently conducting training exercises in the area.
