Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an incident of theft under $5,000. 

On Oct. 22, 2019 at 9:12 p.m., an unknown male suspect attended the Shell Gas Bar located on McNabb Street. He proceeded to request two packs of John Players cigarettes before exiting the store to search for his wallet. When he returned to the store, he proceeded to grab the cigarettes from the counter, and exited the store without paying. The unknown male drove off in a car that was described as a white Mazda.
