On the seventh day of Christmas, hard work gets rewarded

The Algoma Autism Foundation is a group that has touched many people's lives in our community. Several people wrote to us to say how much Jessie and Jamie Boston deserve to receive a special gift to acknowledge their dedication to, and tireless work for, people with special needs in our region.

The Algoma Autism Foundation is a group that has touched many people's lives in our community. Several people wrote to us to say how much Jessie and Jamie Boston deserve to receive a special gift to acknowledge their dedication to, and tireless work for, people with special needs in our region. The couple plans and implements countless events, fundraisers and support programs, all while juggling work and their own family. Thanks to the Community First Curling Centre, who gifted a signed Team Jacobs jersey and a $100 gift certificate to the centre; and Lucidia, who provided the family with box seats to a Greyhound game and $250 in food and refreshments, we were able to give Jessie and Jamie a celebration they greatly deserve for all of their hard work.
