On the 12th day of Christmas, Santa Jasmyn goes Back to Basics

The Back-to-Basics Children's Centre started out as a free after-school care program run out of Etienne Brule school but since the school's closure in June 2014, the Centre has been operating out of the St. John the Evangelist Church on John St. Heather Nisbett and Nancy Cardiff are the lead volunteers that run the program which offers school aged children a place to go after school to get homework help, a healthy snack and provide care until mom or dad are home from work.
