Two local families have new homes thanks to Habitat for Humanity

Family, friends, volunteers and supporters gathered to officially welcome two local families to their new homes, thanks to a partnership with Habitat for Humanity Sault Ste. Marie & Area.

The project has provided a safe place to live for the Wilkinson and Larouche families, who have already started making priceless memories in their new homes.

Editor's note: Jocelyn tells us she made a mistake during her interview. "It was June 17, 2011 that I completed my double graduation as I also had to complete my GED before graduating my Health Care Aide Course."
