VIDEO: Police seek to identify fraud suspect

Crime Stoppers and the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service are asking for your assistance in identifying a suspect in a fraud.  

On Nov. 22, 2017 at approximately 10:23 a.m., a female attended at the Wal-Mart in Station Mall.

The unidentified female went to the wireless department and attempted to purchase a cellphone producing identification that did not belong to her.

The female suspect was denied the purchase and left the store.

She was described as a female in her 20s approximately 5’4” thin build with light strawberry blonde hair.

If you can identify this person and your tip leads to an arrest you may be eligible for a cash reward.
