Internationally renowned media trainer and crisis management consultant Jeff Ansell paid a visit to Sault College today to discuss issues management with an enthralled class of Public Relations and Event Management students. Jeff, who has also lectured at Harvard and is the author of When the Headline is You, provided thoughtful insight into the industry of media relations.
