Canada’s 150th birthday is fast approaching, and to officially kick off two weeks of celebration, the Mayor’s Committee on Celebrate Canada 150 raised the flag at the Civic Centre today.
Canada 150 - Sault Ste. Marie Celebrates ‘A Long Road Travelled’ will feature activities on and around four national days: Aboriginal Day (today), St. Jean Baptiste Day (Saturday), Multicultural Day (June 27) and Canada Day (July 1).
