Sarah Huckson has been dreaming of opening Scott Coffee Co. for years, and that dream became a reality this week, when the doors to the Sault's newest coffee house opened for the first time.
Scott's offers a gathering place to enjoy specialty coffee, homemade treats, and weekly lunch and dinner specials. The pop-up shop is located at 248 Great Northern Road (in the Lowe's Plaza), with a larger, permanent location set to open in the fall, just across the sidewalk.
