For nearly 85 years, Arthur Funeral Home-Barton & Kiteley Chapel has been dedicated to creating lasting relationships, especially in the community.

“Whether it be with partner businesses or families who have entrusted their loved ones to our care, this will always remain a priority”, says Funeral Director and Assistant Manager Joni Cooke. “In giving back to our community, we have always supported numerous charities, fundraising initiatives and participation in various community events.”

One way that Arthur Funeral Home-Barton & Kiteley Chapel gives back is through the Dignity Memorial Benefit Program that helps make difficult times a little easier.

Planning an end-of-life service can involve hundreds of decisions to be made at a burdensome time. Arthur Funeral Home can be a resource in helping families through this process. Cooke reiterates how the Affinity Program helps support the community at their time of need. “By making final plans in advance, individuals can help protect their loved ones from high costs and from guessing what they would have wanted. The main benefit is that there is no cost to any member, and offers an automatic savings both at time of need, or for those wishing to pre-arrange.”

The Affinity Program

“We felt it was important to create affinity relationships with groups and organizations not only in our community, but across North America”, explains Cooke. “Our relationships reach out to groups of 25 or more members, and offers a 10% savings on all service and merchandise.” Many community members have family who live throughout North America and can take advantage of this benefit if they are aware that it exists and especially at a time when they need it.

Inclusion in the Affinity Program is available to all community groups, churches, service clubs, businesses, and organizations with a minimum of 25 members or staff, and the benefits are extended to all group members as well as their families. Benefits of the program include special privileges and savings on products and services provided at Arthur Funeral Home, or other funeral homes with the Dignity brand such as:
