SAULT STE MARIE, MICH - The fourth annual Moloney’s Michigan Beerfest will take place in Downtown Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan on Portage Avenue Aug. 12 from 3 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Craft beer enthusiasts can taste over 50 beers from eighteen Michigan Breweries from all over the state. On-site vendors will also feature Michigan made products and local fare from Moloney’s Alley, The Wicked Sister, The Palace Saloon, Karl’s Cuisine, and Carvito’s Pizza.

Moloney’s Michigan Beerfest boasts the opportunity for attendees to be in a unique tasting setting in the heart of downtown with the picturesque Soo Locks as the backdrop of the event. This intimate setting provides the opportunity for enthusiasts to get to know the brew masters with little to no wait in line for tastings.

The founder of Moloney’s MI Beerfest, Abby Baker, has traditionally used this event as a platform for raising funds for various organizations and causes.

This year, event revenues will be donated to the Sault Strong campaign supporting medical expenses for Jessica Jorgenson and Alex McCready, two young Sault Ste. Marie individuals fighting their second round of cancer and to the Downtown Development Authority for future events and festivals.

Event tickets can be purchased at Moloney’s Alley, the Downtown Development Authority Office or on eventbrite.com.

Presale tickets are $20 and include 5 drink tickets. Tickets can be purchased the day of the event for $25 for 4 drink tickets.
