SAULT STE. MARIE, MICH. - Downtown Sault Ste. Marie’s annual I-500 Pub Crawl has received special attention from a nationally recognized brewery. The Downtown Development Authority is pleased to announce New Holland Brewing Company as the presenting sponsor of this year’s pub crawl.

Last year, New Holland Brewing Company’s account manager, Isaac Hartman, experienced the International 500 for the first time and felt the Breweries’ support of the 50th anniversary of the race fit their vision of making a difference in local communities and in events that enhance beer tourism.

New Holland Brewing Company is a 100 per cent Michigan-owned company distributing to 38 states, four countries and employs over 400 employees.

The biggest pub crawl in the Upper Peninsula will take place Thursday, Feb. 1 in Downtown Sault Ste. Marie (Michigan). Pub Crawl goers can purchase t-shirts at any of the participating locations.

Information is coming soon on official New Holland Brewing Company sampling locations during the Pub Crawl.

The Downtown Development Authority, in coordination with downtown bar owners, is encouraging customers to drink responsibly and coordinate a designated driver.
