GHC doctors retired and they were unable to recruit replacements so the patients were orphaned. Been going on for years.

Most problem owners won't/don't recognize they are the problem. Some of 'em don't understand what's causing the problem and some of 'em want to put the blame on everyone else. I've encountered both. I've had dogs most of my life and would never have a 'problem' dog off leash for one second.

If a dog is 'not' socialized and friendly to all people and other pets then it should be on leash. If there is a chance it could be hit by a car it should be on leash.

Agreed. Even with CMHC and 5% down it's thousands of dollars required even before you pay closing costs for legal etc. It's an impossibility for most folks without a MAJOR gift from family to get them started.

This discussion is a waste of time. They have a plan for downtown that is NEVER going to work but they are catering to a very limited audience and couldn't care less what we think. They could referendum any of these plans but they don't dare find out what we really want.
