@ZoointheSoo...Base Line should NOT be 50 km/hr. Maybe if the city would post some realistic speeds for the area and conditions there would not be such a problem.
Case in point...They widen Black Rd to 4 lanes and drop the speed limit by 10 km/hr. Makes absolutely no sense to me.
