Yes..in 1964 I signed for them to take money from my cheque like so many others..got a few parking tokens the last few years....my doctor was assigned to group health but he may retire soon ..lots more like myself...Them the breaks I guess..more to come ..emergency will be booked up but no one moves more doctors to help .just schedule them to help the poor sick people ...what a mess..a solution is there if they look at it....common sense.Gene
