Or how about they are hooked? Addiction runs very deep and controls many people. You think cigarettes and alcohol are tough to kick? Cocaine, meth, heroine, opioids are 10x more addictive. The drug controls the person. Many hate that they are a slave to these drugs but don't know a way out. It is easier to keep feeding the addiction. These people need help, not your scrutiny.
