Yes... Northern Ave. is a nightmare, as is the new lane configurations on McNabb west of Pim and at the Albert and East Street intersection. And just look what they are doing at the Albert and Gore Street intersection now. It's going to be the worst design we've had yet and will create another traffic bottle neck. I don't know who is designing these changes or why, but they certainly have a lot to learn.... and maybe should really study the traffic patterns and perhaps even drive these areas at busy times to understand the problems they are creating.

Not at either the Metro nor Food Basics in the east end today. No line ups.. no security... nothing!
Why are grocery stores in the Soo no longer limiting the number of customers allowed in the stores at one time? It was difficult enough to social distance in the stores when they were, now it is impossible.
Here we go again... kore traffic congestion... more dangerous situations being created... and now they don't even want public input before they do as they like.
We really do have a problem in this city when Council does not listn to its ratepayers
I would help immensely if they restored the left turn traffic island coming off of Andrew onto Albert east, instead of eliminating the receiving east bound lane on Albert. This design is just going to cause even more issues, just like the lane change markings on the Albert Street/East Street intersection has. It's a wonder someone hasn't been seriously injured or killed there yet.
Our sincere condolences to Bob, Steve and Susan, and their families. We will all miss Harry!Mike
The Liberals might want you to believe that Chantelylace but it ain't true. Are you using less energy because of the Trudeau's carbon tax??
