As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic I had to layoff 4 staff members on March 13th. Two of them are students at Sault College and made less than $5000 the proceeding year and will not qualify for the CERB. They both had ambitions to save more for their college education and other expenses.

I purchased a local business in 2013. Minimum wage was $11.25. Every time minimum wage goes up, the costs are passed to the customer. The increase in minimum wage simply fuels inflation. Politicians are too unintelligent to realize the link.
