SooToday Do North - CONTEST DETAILS
Qualification:
Ontario residents over the age of 18 are invited to enter SooToday’s Do North contest. To qualify, participants must use the provided submission form located at www.sootoday.com/submissions/do-north to submit a story about their favourite place or thing to do in the Algoma District.
The submission may include a photo or video. Once SooToday approves the submission, it will be published on our site and open to the public, who will be encouraged to share these stories on Facebook.
At the end of the contest period, the top ten most shared stories will be entered into a random draw to win one of three prizes. There is a limit of one prize per participant.

Submission guidelines:
For a submitted story to be approved for publication on SooToday and qualify as a contest entry, it must be original, the submitter must own or have the right to use any submitted photos, and the story must describe a personal travel or tourism-related experience within Sault Ste. Marie or the Algoma District of Ontario, Canada.
Contest participants may submit up to five entries. If a submission is found to not meet approval guidelines, the participant will be notified and is welcome to submit again. Rejected submissions do not count against the limit of five submissions allowed.
Prize details:
The winners will be chosen on June 30, 2016 and the winners will be contacted by email using information provided in the online submission form. Each winner will be randomly selected and will be required to provide the correct answer to the following skill testing question: (12+18) x2/5. No purchase is necessary and no costs apply in order to claim the prize. The odds of winning will vary based on the number of participants during the contest period.
Three prizes will be awarded:
Canon EOS Rebel T6 Digital Camera ($800 value)
Four Tickets on the Agawa Canyon Tour Train ($350 value)
Gift Certificate to Algoma’s Water Tower Inn ($200 value)

By participating in this contest, participants agree that SooToday shall be granted unlimited usage rights to all submitted content.
SooToday, headquartered in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, is providing each person 18 years or older that submits qualifying content for its Do North contest, operated online at www.sootoday.com with the opportunity to win one $800 Digital SLR Camera, four tickets on the Agawa Canyon Tour Train ($350), and a $200 gift certificate to Algoma’s Water Tower Inn. Participation in the contest is open to all Ontario residents 18 years of age or older. Employees and immediate family members of Village Media are ineligible to enter. To qualify, the contest submission must be completed in full and submitted electronically between April 29, 2016 and June 17, 2016.
