The OPP has received complaints about youths throwing snowballs at vehicles in the Garden River area. This occurs on a regular basis but the youths responsible were not located last night.

OPP report a quiet night last night and have nothing to report this morning. There is much concern at the OPP office about the freezing rain that is forecast for much of Northern Ontario today. Please drive with extra care.

The Sault Ste. Marie detachment of the OPP is investigating a single motor vehicle accident that occurred on Pinshores Road, Goulais River yesterday at 7:10pm.

The rainy wet weather over the weekend helped to keep incidents down in the areas patrolled by the Sault O.P.P. WASHOUT Officers came upon a washout in the westbound lane of Highway 17 at Pumpkin Point Road east of Echo Bay.

OPP in Sault Ste. Marie had a very quiet night last night and have nothing to report. A 67-year-old Alzheimer's patient from the Kirkland Lake area who was reported missing yesterday has been located in good condition.
