A Wawa resident has been charged after officers from the Superior East OPP Detachment responded to an assault incident on Third Avenue in Wawa Monday afternoon.
Robert Chevrier, 49 years old of Wawa, is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 5 and stands charged with assault, contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code (CC).
