LAIRD TOWNSHIP - On Oct. 14, 2018 at approximately 1:45 a.m., members from the Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment conducted a traffic stop on Highway 17 Laird Township, Ont.
As a result of further investigation, Riley McPhee 28 years old of Johnson Township, Ont., was arrested and charged with the following:
- Care or control of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Nov. 5, 2018 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.
