On November 25, 2015 members of the Superior East Wawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) made one more arrests in relation to a lengthy drug investigation conducted in the town of Wawa.
Following the November 17, 2015 arrests and further police investigation a third male was identified.
As a result an 18 years old White River man who will not be named in order to protect the identity of the young persons involved was charged with the following offence;
- Adult-traffick in Schedule I substance- Methylenedioxyamphetamine (Ecstasy) contrary to section 5(1) of the CDSA.
The accused was released from custody and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Wawa Ontario on January 4, 2016.
