ELLIOT LAKE - Ontario Provincial Police have now confirmed that the human remains found on Aug. 11, 2019 in Elliot Lake are those of James Lee (Jimmy) Money.
Money, 62, was reported missing in May 2019, but he had not been heard from since the late summer, early fall of 2018.
On Aug. 29, 2019, Shawn Cote, 34-years-old of Elliot Lake, was arrested in Vancouver, B.C. and charged in relation to Money's disappearance. He faces charges of second-degree murder and indignity to a dead body.
