OPP asking public to help locate property stolen from Wawa business

Police say items totalling around $2,000 were stolen from a Wawa business

WAWA, ON – On Thursday April 14, 2016 at approximately 5:38 pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment were advised of a theft.

The incident took place at a local Wawa business.

Taken was a red Road Vault 450 litres fuel tank model # 264611 and a 12v heavy duty high flow fuel pump with a 1 inch hose and Husky nozzle, the value of items taken is estimated at approximately $2,000.

The theft occurred sometime between Tuesday, April 5 and Friday, April 8, 2016.    

Investigation is continuing at this time.
