A 22-year-old has been charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle crash in Bruce Mines.
OPP report that officers responded to a crash on Old Mill Beach Road on Monday at 7:35 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, Mackenzie Vincent of Bruce Mines has been charged with the following
- Operation while impaired - alcohol or drugs contrary to section 320.14(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC) and
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) contrary to section 320.14(1)(b) of the CC.
The accused was released on undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 8, 2021 in Blind River.
