WAWA — Police have identified the victim in Sunday's crash between a snow plow and ambulance on Highway 17.
In a news release issued today, Superior East OPP said 68-year-old Connie Halverson from White River was pronounced dead at the scene.
The collision took place on Feb. 20 at 11:05 a.m. near the intersection of Highway 17 and Highway 519, approximately 40 kilometres north of Wawa.
Members of the North East Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (T.I.M.E.) team are assisting with the ongoing investigation.
