PLUMMER ADDITIONAL TOWNSHIP - On May 8, 2022 shortly after 4:30 p.m., East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an abandoned aluminum boat on a property on Waltonen Road in Bruce Mines.
The vessel is a 12-foot aluminum boat with an attached older Johnson 6 Horsepower outboard motor. The vessel was fully taken out of the water and secured to a tree. The boat was equipped with life jackets and oars, and it was unprofessionally painted in red and black. It also has no registration numbers with Johnson engine serial number C46035.
