Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the theft from Bucci's restaurant located on Highway 17B in Echo Bay.
Sometime overnight between Sept. 11 - 12, 2017 suspect(s) unknown broke a window and gained access into the building.
An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen along with an assortment of juice boxes and a garbage can.
Any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or their nearest police authority.
