Hamilton police say they've identified a suspect in the city's 10th homicide and are asking he turn himself in.
They say they've issued an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Ibrahim Issak-Hussen, who's wanted on a charge of first-degree murder.
Police say Obsa Junedi-Mohamed, 29, was shot and killed outside a pool hall around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday after an argument with two men.
They say they arrested and spoke to the driver of a white car seen fleeing the scene, but released the man unconditionally after a lengthy interview.
Police say they are looking to speak to another passenger of the same car.
They say Issak-Hussen is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
