Police investigating after man, 66, dies in fatal farm incident in Ontario

Ontario Provincial Police say they're investigating after a 66-year-old man died in an incident involving farm equipment.   

They say officers responded to a property in Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township, Ont., on Friday afternoon. 

Police say a lone person was located trapped underneath an agricultural sprayer that had been attached to a farm tractor. 

They say Marcus Claessen, 66, from Leeds and the Thousand Islands Township was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The OPP are investigating alongside Forensic Identification Services and the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario. 

A post-mortem is being conducted.
