OTTAWA — Police in Ottawa say three people have died in a fire early this morning. Investigators say an 83-year-old woman and two men aged 76 and 49 died as a result of the blaze (on Britannia Road.

They say the force's arson unit is investigating, alongside firefighters and the office of the Ontario fire marshal.
